This page gives a brief overview of my work as a delivery management consultant focused on taking ideas from point A to point B in a structured and practical way. I work closely with teams to turn plans into real, working outcomes, ensuring that execution stays clear, aligned, and on track.

I did all of this as an independent consultant when I was not restricted by my full-time employer.

I have not been engaged with any of the new initiatives for the last 3 years.

Some FinTech attempts

I work with fintech teams to take their ideas from concept to real, working products. This includes planning the delivery, coordinating between business and tech teams, and making sure timelines, integrations, and dependencies are handled properly. I’ve been part of initiatives like digital payments, BNPL, wallets, and card programs, helping move them from design to live environments. Due to confidentiality, I’m unable to share specific company names, but the experience comes from working with banks, fintechs, and payment providers across different regions.

Little little startups!

I also support startups in building from scratch and reaching a stable, operational stage. This involves more than just product delivery; I help set up the foundation, including regulatory alignment, compliance processes, basic financial structure, and go-to-market execution. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing, working with regulators, managing financials and returns, and building processes that can scale. The goal is simple: take an idea, structure it properly, and make it work in the real world.
